Broader Implications for Military and Government AI Use
While consumer-facing AI platforms struggle with safety guardrails, similar tensions are playing out in military applications. Anthropic recently refused to grant the Pentagon unconditional access to its Claude AI models, citing ethical concerns about mass surveillance and autonomous weapons.
